Yes. If you'd like a different size or style, just email us. For exchanges, you only pay the shipping cost — no extra charges as long as the new item is similar in value.

Only two things: pieces made or personalised especially for you, and items sealed for hygiene reasons once the seal has been opened. Everything else can be returned, including sale items.

Every Camille Jardine piece is made with 925 sterling silver — that's 92.5% pure silver. Many of our pieces are finished with a thick layer of 18k gold vermeil, giving you the look and feel of solid gold without the solid gold price.

Vermeil (pronounced "ver-may") is sterling silver coated with a layer of real gold — at least 10 karat and at least 2.5 microns thick. It's not the same as gold-plated brass. The sterling silver base means it's hypoallergenic and built to last.

Our moissanite stones are GRA-certified and precision-cut for maximum sparkle and clarity. They're nearly as hard as diamonds and look stunning in person. If you've never seen moissanite up close — you'll be surprised.

Yes — every Camille Jardine piece comes with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. If something goes wrong with the craftsmanship, we'll repair or replace it for free.

Stones that come loose due to a faulty setting, clasps that fail under normal use, plating that peels or flakes prematurely, and structural defects not caused by impact.

Normal wear and tear (minor scratches, gradual fading), damage from misuse or chemicals, third-party repairs or alterations (these void the warranty), accidental damage, and loss or theft.

If a stone is lost or damaged due to wear or impact (not a setting defect), we can replace it for a fee. We'll always quote you a price before doing anything.
